Terms & Conditions

  1. International shipping and Mailing address.

    a) physical shipping and Mailing address is the excusive property of ATORA Shipping and Logistics.

b) The Customer is not the owner of the shipping and Mailing address.

c) The Customer is allowed to ship goods and packages etc. To the address provided if their membership status is in good standing,as deemed by ATORA Shipping and Logistics.

d) Physical access to shipping and Mailing address is restricted to shipping and Mailing only.

2, Prohibited Commodities:

a) All Contraband, Items deemed to be Unlawful, Cash, Jewellery, Firearms and Ammunition, Explosive and Flammable items.

b) The facility to be used for storage.

3, ATORA Plus Internet Shopping:

a) ATORA Shipping and Logistics ATORA Plus providers a facility for customers to access the worldwide shopping network. We are not involved in trading of goods and therefore , acts only as a facilitator. ATORA Shipping and Logistics is Therefore not responsible for any loss as a result of purchases via the internet until such items purchased enters, our network.

4, Limitation of Liability :

a) ATORA Shipping and Logistics is not liable for any loss and damage to customer's goods or shipments before entering ATORA Shipping and Logistics network.

b) ATORA Shipping and Logistics is not responsible or is in anyway liable for losses of cash items purchased via the internet.

c) ATORAShipping and Logistics - Will only accept liability as set out in paragraph 5 below.

ATORA Shipping and Logistics is not responsible for loss, damaged, undelivered packages, delays shipments delivery to ATORA Shipping and Logistics network.

d) ATORA Shipping and Logistics- Under any circumstances be liable for consequential loss

Maximum settlements for uninsured shipment is US$ 100.00

5, Claim And Claim Settlements:

a) It is agreed that the total liability of ATORA Shipping and Logistics shall be limited in any events to the sum of US $ 100.00 Additionally ATORA Shipping and Logistics provides insurance coverage not exceeding US$10,000.

InsuInsurance for higher sum can be arranged through a thired party. The Customer must contact ATORA Shipping and Logistics before shipping shipments with value exceeding US$ 10,000.00.

b) In the event of loss or damage of shipment that exceeds US$ 100,00 a claim must be submitted in writing with in 20 days of the lost or damage. Any loss and damage related to ATORA Shipping and Logistics must be reported to the company wth in 48 hours.

c) The Customer is required to inspect his / her shipment with it is received for damage and or missing content. if content are found to be damage or missing, the matter must be reported immediately, failed to do so could advocate affect claim settlement.

6, custom And Other clearance Charges.

The Customer agrees to reimburse ATORA Shipping and Logistics for fee and taxes paid on the customers behalf

Custom Duty and taxes both local and foreign.

Associated clearance Charges and fees

Unspecified charges and cost related to customer's shipments.

7, Payment For Service.

The Customer agrees to pay ATORA Shipping and Logistics charges and fee for the transportation and delivery of his /her Shipments

Any other services fee related to customer transaction
